Sea Palace Inn & Motel has been hosting after prom and graduation celebration for last 15 years. In those 15 years we have provided safe and fun place for kids to stay and enjoy fun activities Seaside Heights Beach and Boardwalk has to offer. Many of the schools have been coming to stay at Sea Palace Inn and Motel year after year and have made a senior week tradition to book with us. Parent be assured owners and staffs are present 24/7 on premises so kids are taken care and they return safe back home. For kids safety we also hire security personal so they feel safe and secure. Security personal makes sure no unauthorized person walks on to the premises and no harms comes to our guests. Each guests’ are required to wear wristband which identifies if they are guests of the motel.

Sea Palace Inn & Motel can accommodate large group over 150 guests. Sea Palace Inn and Motel has to offer standard and deluxe room which can accommodate two and up to six guests. We also have apartments and house available for rent.Sea Palace Inn and Motel is five minute walk to the Seaside Heights Beach and Boardwalk. Sea Palace Inn and Motel is walking distance to Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach.

Reservation Policies

At least one individual in each room must be 21 years of age or older – this person will sign a registration form and be liable for the room and its occupants. Any occupants under the age of 21 years old and not related to primary guest must fill out a Parent Consent Form for Unrelated Minor. Please contact management to request the form. This form will be required at check in and without it you will not be allowed to stay.

Persons under the age of 21 years are strictly forbidden to possess or consume alcoholic beverages anywhere on the premises (NJ State Law 20:33:15). In the event an occupant of any room is 21 years of age or older, that individual must agree not to possess alcohol in rooms occupied by minors.

Security deposit is held until departure to safeguard against damage to rooms. It will be refunded upon departure after inspection to room. In the event that there is damage to any room, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The occupants agree to reimburse the Anchor Motel for the full cost of damage. Be aware that the full cost of any damage may include full replacement of a damaged item, whether or not it can be repaired should management deem that the item no longer meets their cosmetic standards for motel use. We require a minimum of $150 security deposit. Security Deposit is higher larger rooms.

One vehicle is allowed per room. A permit is required to be displayed at all times when in the lot. All unauthorized vehicles will be ticketed and towed at the vehicles owners’ expense.

Only registered guests are allowed in rooms or anywhere on the premises. Visiting is permitted with the purchase of a wristband.

Violation of these rules can result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid, including security deposit.

Prom weekend cancellation four-week notice of cancellation is required for the return of the deposit. Booking made within the cancellation window will be subject to a one-night cancellation fee. All cancellation must be made in written or email notice.
